This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the Daqin Health Wellness website, operated by Shenzhen Daqin Business Technology Co., Ltd. (Room 2001A, Block A, Fencheng Zhigu Building, No. 60 Tiezai Road, Gongle Community, Xixiang Street, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China). By placing an order, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of receiving confirmed payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your order details after payment is verified, and a separate dispatch notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
During high-demand periods or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will communicate any significant delays by email.
We ship to most countries and territories worldwide. Some exceptions may apply due to international trade restrictions, local regulations, or carrier limitations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified before payment is processed and will not be charged.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your country, local customs processing, and carrier capacity.
For all tracked shipping options, you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after dispatch for tracking information to become active.
Standard (untracked) shipping does not include real-time tracking updates. If you require visibility on your shipment's status, we recommend selecting a tracked option at checkout.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees levied by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are entirely the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely between countries. We recommend contacting your local customs office before placing an order if you are concerned about potential import duties. We are unable to predict or calculate customs charges and cannot be held liable for any delays caused by customs processing.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Daqin Health Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize an error in your address after placing an order, please contact us at support@dq-health-hk.site as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has shipped.
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery window and tracking (if applicable) shows no movement for 10 or more business days, please contact our customer support team. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement shipment or a refund. Please note that occasional delays beyond the estimated window can occur, especially during peak holiday periods or due to customs holds.
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and products before use and contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dq-health-hk.site. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund for damaged items.
