Return Policy

At Daqin Health Wellness, operated by Shenzhen Daqin Business Technology Co., Ltd., we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please read this Return Policy carefully to understand your options. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

1. Return Window

We accept return requests submitted within 30 days of the date your order was delivered, as confirmed by tracking records or delivery confirmation. Requests submitted after 30 days from the confirmed delivery date will not be eligible for a return or refund under this policy, except in cases of defective or incorrectly shipped items (see Section 4).

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened and unused, with the original factory seal intact.
  • The product is in its original packaging, undamaged and in resaleable condition.
  • You have a valid proof of purchase (your order confirmation email or order number).

We cannot accept returns of opened supplement products due to health and safety regulations governing consumable dietary supplements. If you believe an opened product is defective, damaged, or was incorrectly shipped, please refer to Section 4.

3. How to Request a Return

Follow these steps to initiate a return:

Step 1 — Contact Us

Email our support team at support@dq-health-hk.site with the subject line "Return Request – [Your Order Number]". Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions within 3–5 business days.

Step 3 — Ship the Item

Package the item securely in its original packaging, write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package, and ship it to the address provided in the RMA instructions. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Step 4 — Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, physically damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@dq-health-hk.site. Include photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging. In these cases, we will offer either a full replacement at no additional charge or a full refund, including any shipping fees paid. You will not be required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not currently provide prepaid return labels. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. If a return is lost in transit and no tracking is available, we cannot process the refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method (PayPal or card) within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Please note that depending on your card issuer or PayPal, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct product exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item.

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Opened or partially used dietary supplement products
  • Products purchased during promotional sales marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products returned without prior authorization (no RMA number)
  • Products returned more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date (unless defective — see Section 4)
