This Payment Policy explains how Daqin Health Wellness, operated by Shenzhen Daqin Business Technology Co., Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms described below.
We accept the following payment methods for all orders placed through our website:
PayPal
Pay securely using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or PayPal Credit. You will be redirected to PayPal's secure checkout to complete payment.
Visa
We accept all Visa credit and debit cards. Transactions are processed through our secure payment gateway.
Mastercard
All Mastercard credit and debit cards are accepted. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
American Express
American Express credit cards are accepted. Please note that some international Amex cards may require 3D Secure verification.
We take the security of your payment information very seriously. All transactions on our website are processed over an encrypted SSL/TLS (HTTPS) connection, which protects your data in transit between your browser and our servers. Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full credit or debit card number, CVV, or expiry date on our servers at any point.
PayPal transactions are handled entirely within PayPal's own secure environment. We never see or handle your PayPal credentials.
For added security, your card issuer may require 3D Secure authentication (such as Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode). If prompted, please complete this step in order for your payment to be processed.
All prices displayed on our website and charged at checkout are in US Dollars (USD). If your card or PayPal account is denominated in a different currency, your bank or PayPal will apply their current exchange rate, and additional foreign transaction fees may apply. We are not responsible for any exchange rate differences or foreign transaction fees charged by your financial institution.
Payment is collected at the time you place your order. Your order will not be processed or dispatched until payment has been successfully verified. If payment verification fails, you will be notified and given the opportunity to retry with the same or a different payment method. We do not operate on a pre-authorization or partial-payment basis; the full order amount is charged in a single transaction.
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout. This email will include your order number, a summary of items ordered, the total amount charged, and your shipping address. Please retain this email as your proof of purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@dq-health-hk.site.
If your payment is declined, please check the following before retrying: ensure your billing address matches the one on file with your bank; confirm that your card has not expired; check that your card is enabled for international transactions; ensure you have sufficient available balance or credit limit. If problems persist, please contact your bank or try a different payment method. We do not have access to your bank's decline reason.
To protect our customers and our business, all orders are subject to fraud screening. In some cases, we may contact you to verify your identity or payment details before fulfilling an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order that our fraud detection systems flag as high risk. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds to cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer. PayPal refunds are generally credited within 3–5 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact us at support@dq-health-hk.site before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes quickly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may affect your ability to place future orders.
